Pricing questions

Is the monthly price the whole price?

Yes. All six engines, every feature in your plan and unlimited team members are included. The only things that scale are prompts, brands, countries, runs per day and audit volume. There are no per-engine or per-seat add-ons.

What happens when I hit the prompt limit?

Nothing breaks. You can pause prompts you no longer need, or add prompts in packs of 100 from your billing page. We never silently charge overages.

What is a run, and why does the number differ by plan?

A run is one question asked to one engine. More runs per day means a more reliable score and faster drop detection. Starter samples 4 times a day, Scale 24 times. The run count is shown next to every number regardless of plan.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. The 14-day trial is the full Growth plan. When it ends you pick a plan or your data stays read-only until you do.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Any time from billing. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the next cycle. Cancel and your account stays read-only for 30 days so you can export.

Do you offer agency or multi-client pricing?

Scale includes client workspaces and white-label PDF reports. If you manage more than 10 brands, write to us from the Contact page and we will set up a custom plan.

Which countries and languages are supported?

Any country an engine serves. Prompts are collected per selected country so results reflect local answers. Interface and drafts are in English; more languages are planned.
