We built the tool we needed to sell our own product
Askority started inside Fiftify, a warehouse management platform for multichannel sellers. Buyers were asking ChatGPT and Perplexity which WMS to pick, and we had no idea what the answer was, why it changed, or what to do about it.
What we believe
Four rules that decide most product arguments at Askority.
Count, do not round
AI answers are noisy. We show the run count behind every number instead of drawing a smooth line, because a confident wrong number is worse than an honest uncertain one.
Every engine, every plan
Buyers do not care which assistant they used. Gating Gemini or Claude behind a bigger plan hides the answer from the people who need it most.
A cause, then a task
A dashboard that shows a drop and stops is a report. We want the diagnosis and the next action on the same screen.
Exact URLs or nothing
Modelled AI traffic is a guess. Attribution has to land on the real page, in the real GA4 property, or it does not help anyone argue for budget.
Small, technical, and using the product daily
Askority is built by a product and engineering team that runs its own brands through it every morning. We have shipped warehouse software, Discord bots and analytics pipelines; this is the first product we built for marketers, and we test every screen on our own gaps first.
- Engineering-led. Founders write code and answer support chats.
- Remote, Europe-based. Support hours cover EU and US mornings.
- Public roadmap. What ships next is on the Releases page.
