This Cookie Policy explains how Fiftify Inc. (“Fiftify”) uses cookies and similar technologies such as local storage, pixels and SDKs on askority.com and in the Askority platform, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Some are deleted when you close the browser (session cookies); others stay until they expire or you delete them (persistent cookies). Cookies set by us are first-party; cookies set by providers we use, such as our support chat, are third-party. The same rules apply to other technologies that store or access information on your device.
3. Cookies and similar technologies we use
Strictly necessary: login session, authentication tokens, CSRF protection, load balancing and your cookie-consent choice. They are required for the site and platform to work and cannot be switched off. Functional: remember preferences such as language and interface settings (sidebar state, selected brand). We obtain consent where required by applicable law. Analytics: with your consent where required, our analytics provider, Plausible Analytics, collects information such as visits, pages viewed, referrers and approximate location to produce aggregated usage statistics; Plausible does not set cookies and we do not use analytics for advertising. Support chat: with your consent where required by applicable law, our support chat provider, Crisp, may set cookies or use similar technologies to maintain chat functionality and conversation continuity between page loads; the chat widget is not loaded until you accept. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

First-party: askority_session (authentication, session), askority_csrf (security, session), askority_consent (your cookie choice, 12 months), askority_prefs (interface preferences, 12 months). Third-party: crisp-client/* (Crisp, support chat, up to 12 months). This list is updated when our cookies change.
5. Your choices
When you first visit askority.com you can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the banner; Accept and Reject are offered at the same level. Non-essential scripts are not loaded until you accept. Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again, and you can change it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal where required by law.
