1. About this list
Fiftify Inc. (“Fiftify”) uses the third-party subprocessors listed below to provide the Askority Service. Each subprocessor is subject to contractual data protection obligations consistent with our Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”).
Customers with an active DPA receive at least 30 days’ prior notice by email before a new subprocessor is added. To add further recipients for subprocessor change notifications, contact [email protected].

2. Affiliates and personnel
Authorised Fiftify Inc. personnel and contractors located in the United States and Ukraine may access Customer Data as necessary to provide support and operate the Service. Such access is subject to confidentiality obligations and appropriate access controls as described in the DPA.
3. Changes
This list was last updated on September 1, 2026. Additions and replacements are announced by email to customers with an active DPA at least 30 days in advance and reflected on this page.
